Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate their financial position, uncover opportunities for growth, and mitigate risks.
- Offer expert advice on investment strategies, asset distribution, tax efficiency, retirement planning, estate management, and other financial concerns.
- Regularly review and update financial plans to ensure they remain aligned with clients’ evolving needs and market conditions.
- Stay informed about market developments, economic shifts, and regulatory changes that may affect clients’ financial strategies.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as their trusted advisor and go-to financial expert.
- Work collaboratively with financial professionals to provide a well-rounded, integrated wealth management approach, utilizing both in-house resources and external specialists when necessary.
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines, ensuring transparency and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
- Continuously enhance industry knowledge through ongoing education, certifications, and best practice developments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- QFA certification required; CFP qualification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a financial advisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance, pensions, and investment products.
- A strong track record of success, backed by satisfied clients and consistently high revenue generation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering trust and lasting client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and other relevant digital tools.
