About the Job :

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary broker for a designated client portfolio, handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and inquiries.
• Deliver exceptional client service efficiently and professionally, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met.
• Oversee renewals across a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to large corporations, covering risks such as Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, and Property.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business operations and company culture.
• Maintain full compliance with regulatory standards and internal company policies.
• Contribute to various project initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong advocate for client interests.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Prior experience in an insurance or brokerage setting is essential.
• CIP qualification (or significant progress toward completion) is preferred.
